Chef Eric has spent over 20 years learning about flavors and food. Learning how to cook. How to enhance. Over that time developing these flavors in delicious spice blends designed to help bring taste to the table without salt. Chefs don't use salted butter for the reason of controlling the level present in the final dish.
We believe the same applies to spices.

Our company was started for a way to provide Curious Flavors to Curious Consumers without the salt. We are run by a husband, Eric, and wife, Eleni, along with are daughter, who arguably just brings the cute. We are on a mission to provide heart healthy seasoning blends and jams. Pick up any seasoning blend anywhere and most of the time the first ingredient is salt. We think you should be in control, you should decide how much you need. Salt should not be the primary ingredient you bring home, flavor should be. We have crafted many different blends leaving out the salt when possible, all to add vibrant flavor in a healthier way.
